David Berrie

David has a track record of building companies by focussing on exploration success. He was part of the Board and Management team which led to the A$1.2 billion hostile takeover of Summit Resources Limited by Paladin Energy Limited and the friendly takeover of Fusion Resources Limited, once again, by Paladin. His 30 years’ mining experience includes executive roles with Western Mining and BHP. Prior to this David was a solicitor with the Mining Sections at Clayton Utz.
David Richardson

David has over 30 years international experience in corporate strategy, international project development, strategic partnering, and finance, including 15 years in Asia with companies such as Pacific Dunlop and Amcor. Most recently he spent 10 years in venture capital in Japan and Australia, before founding Magmatic Resources in 2014.
Malcolm Norris
Non-Executive Director
Malcolm Norris is a senior mining industry professional with extensive experience in business management, asset transactions and exploration, with a focus on porphyry copper-gold discovery and development. Mr Norris has been involved in several world-class discoveries, including the Tujuh Bukit deposit in Indonesia and the Cascabel deposit in Ecuador. He was also involved in the early drill phase of the Tampakan deposit in the Philippines. Recently he has led the Sunstone Metals discoveries at Bramaderos and El Palmar in Ecuador. Mr Norris is Non-executive Chairman of Sunstone Metals Ltd and his previous experience included 23 years with WMC Resources, and Managing Director roles of Sunstone Metals and London listed SolGold. He holds an MSc in Geology and a Masters in Applied Finance.
Christine Nicolau
Non-Executive Director
Christine Nicolau is General Manager Corporate Development LATAM at Fortescue and responsible for critical minerals growth across the South America region, including regional integration with Fortescue’s Energy business. In her previous role of Metals General Manager LATAM, Ms Nicolau coordinated Fortescue’s minerals business in Latin America, including exploration and project development. Ms Nicolau has been with Fortescue since 2010 and during this time has held a range of management positions, including Manager Corporate Development from September 2015 to 2018. Ms Nicolau has been a Director of TSX-listed Alta Copper Corp since 2021.
Andrea Betti

Andrea Betti is an accounting and corporate governance professional with over 20 years experience in accounting, corporate governance, finance and corporate banking. She has acted as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for companies in the private and publicly listed sectors, as well as senior executive roles in the banking and finance industry. Ms. Betti is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and an associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia. Ms Betti is currently a Director of a corporate advisory company based in Perth that provides corporate and other advisory services to public listed companies. She has a Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and a Masters of Business Administration.
Mike Franklin

Mike has many years of corporate experience, in CFO and Senior Management positions in both ASX listed and private companies. He has significant experience in M&A and capital raising, having raised in excess of A$3 billion over his career. Mike qualified as an Economist and Accountant at The University of Adelaide before working for Kerry Packer’s Consolidated Press Holdings for several years. Most recently, Mike was CFO then CEO of Titan Australia, a fully owned subsidiary of NYSE listed Titan International Inc [NYSE:TWI].
Steven Oxenburgh
Exploration Manager, MSc (Ore Deposit Geology and Evaluation)
Steven has more than 30 years’ minerals exploration and evaluation experience. Most recently he was Exploration Manager at Millennium Minerals Ltd, with a $22M exploration budget and led resource definition and project generation. Previously at Gold Fields, Steven was responsible for the divestment of the East Lachlan projects to Magmatic. Recent exploration success includes extending Millennium’s mine life, and discovery of Invincible South (2015), a 300koz Au resource estimate which remains open at depth.
